Fun fact: I used to HATE CUCUMBERS.
If someone told me a year ago that I would be eating cucumbers at least a few times a week I would have laughed in their face. I could’ve never imagined myself eating something so digusting.
Until... my favorite influencer was live one day talking to us and making this snack and it looked so good. I still didn’t think I’d like it because cucmber as the main ingredient but I decided to give it a try a few months ago.
I was eating healthy and I was hoping it would be a good alternative to hot cheetos (made the same way) which was my weakness.
I couldn’t believe how amazing this snack was and it really did satisfy my craving for hot Cheetos. Now I make this simple and delicious snack 3-4 times a week.
