That number may not seem like a lot to you but I couldn’t be happier.
So I had my first weigh in today... As you know, I have been eating healthy all week (except for movie theater popcorn on Sunday) and walking for 30 mins 4 days this week (this next week I will walk at least 5 days.) 😊
Well... I looked down at the scale and I had lost 3.8lbs!!! That number may not seem like a lot to you but I couldn’t be happier. That means I’m a little closer to my goal of losing 100lbs this year. I’ve lost 3.8lbs in 7 days without making MAJOR changes!
In the past I would lose weight quickly and then gain it back times 2. This is just the beginning of my journey and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Lord for giving me the strength and for helping me along the way.
“He is your praise and he is your God, who has done these great and awesome things for you which your eyes have seen.” Deuteronomy 10:21
This week I challenge you to, CELEBRATE THE LITTLE WINS! Whatever you’ve done that is a little closer to your goal for this week, this month, this year, or ten years from now is a win and it deserves a little CELEBRATION!
I love you all! Let’s crush all our goals and be the best us that we can possibly be. 💖
Goals I have for next week:
- Drink a gallon of water a day
- Eat at least 4 times a day (2 snacks and 2 meals)
- Go walking at least 5 times
Before you go I’m going to leave you with this prayer... I pray that you reach all of the goals that you have set. I pray that you will have a clear vision of the purpose thatGod has for you. And that he gives you the knowledge and understanding on how you can fulfill that purpose. In Jesus name, Amen.
Never forget to choose faith over fear.
