Day 65- Pumpkin Spice Latte (Better than Starbucks)

Fall time is my absolute favorite! Hoodie season.. Pumpkin Spice everything.. And Halloween!


Since it Is officially October I figured what better way to bring in the fall season then by making a Pumpkin Spice Latte. To make it even better; this Latte is better than Starbucks!


I was craving something pumpkin spice so I figured why not make a latte and I couldn’t believe how amazing it turned out. I normally don’t post recipes on Thursdays but this is too good to not share it with you guys.


If you love pumpkin spice then surely you’ll love these just like I do.


Prep Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 15 mins

Servings: 3 (16 oz cups)





INGREDIENTS:


• 8 tablespoons pumpkin puree

• 12 tablespoons (3/4 cup) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus additional for topping

• 3 cups of milk

• 3 cups coffee strong brewed

• 3/4 cups of canned whipped cream



INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Add the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and milk to a large saucepan and heat on medium low, whisking to combine ingredients.


2. Once the mixture begins to bubble, add coffee and then reduce heat to simmer.


3. Continue to whisk until hot and steamy.


4. Pour into cup and top with whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy! 😊


This Pumpkin Spice Latte is a perfect cheat snack for anytime during a Fall day. This is definitely my new favorite Punpkin Spice Latte and I didnt even have to leave my house to get it. Score!


With it being fall time and there are so many tasty recipes I want to share with you guys, I will be doing a lot of “cheat” recipes for the next couple of months. I promise I’ll throw a couple of healthy ones in too though. 😊
