Day 28- Healthy Chicken and Broccoli

I love broccoli and chicken, I think they go so good together.


This Healthy Chicken and Broccoli is super easy to cook and so delicious. These one pan meals are my go to because they are so easy and packed with nutrients and done in under 30 mins!


You can basically take chicken breast with any veggies you want, put some seasoning on it and make a delicious meal. I love broccoli and chicken, I think they go so good together. I also added peppers, onions, and garlic for more flavor.



Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 15 mins

Total time: 25 mins

Serves 4




INGREDIENTS:


A big chicken breast

2 tbsp of canola oil

About a cup of broccoli, chopped

About a cup of mini mixed peppers, chopped

6 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp of paprika

1/8 tsp of chili pepper




INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Put all of the ingredients in a skillet.




2. Cook on medium until chicken is cooked through


3. Turn down to low and cook for 5-7 mins, covered (until Veggies are soft)


4. Serve and enjoy! You can serve with rice, a tortilla, or eat it by itself 😊

2g sat fat

6g carbs

1g sugar

20g protein



This is definitely one of my favorite meals that I’ve made during this weightloss journey. Can’t go wrong with chicken and broccoli.
