I have heard great things about intermittent fasting so I will keep you guys updated on how it’s worked for me.
For the last 2 weeks I had been consistently losing at least 3 pounds a week.
Last weekend I ate horribly; I was in a food coma basically all weekend. I didn’t drink a gallon of water on Friday or Saturday. On Sunday I woke up so dehydrated that I chugged a gallon of water by 2 o’clock.
I only walked 5 days this week (my goal was 6.)
BUT.... I still managed to lose 3.2 lbs this week
Woo hoo!! It’s the small steps that turn into big results!
I’ve now lost 10.4 lbs in 3 weeks without making MAJOR CHANGES!
Next week I am going to take it up a notch.
I am going to do intermittent fasting all week.
I will be eating from 12pm to 8pm everyday and only drinking water or black coffee and tea any other time of the day.

My goals for next week are:
- Drink a gallon of water a dayIntermittent fast.
- Eat from 12pm-8pm
- Walk 5 days for 30 mins each day
If you have goals that you’ve been working towards, congratulate yourself every step of the way. Small steps everyday. You don’t have to do everything perfectly to reach your goals, just do the best you can at this moment and every moment after.
Never forget to choose faith over fear.
