Day 21-Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots

This Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots is the perfect meal or lunch or dinner. It’s super delicious and so easy to make in under 30 minutes!
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken tenderloins (I wanted more veggies than chicken, but you can do 4 tenderloins for more chicken.)
2 tsp of canola oil or olive oil
2 whole carrots, sliced. (About 2 cups)
2 cups of broccoli, chopped
6 small cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put everything in a pan

2. Cook on medium high until chicken is cooked through
3. Turn down to low and cover for 5 mins or until Veggies are tender
4. Serve and enjoy 😊
